Description
Equipment features: The equipment is suitable for the second sterilization cooling and drying of canned food such as soda cans, glass bottles and heat-resistant PET bottles. The sterilization temperature can be adjusted to distinguish the sterilization and ensure the container not to be broken and the quality of sterilization. The machine is sterilized by circulating hot water, precooled by warm water, and then cooled by cooling water spray. It has the advantages of automatic control of sterilization temperature and stepless adjustable sterilization time.
Widely used in all kinds of bottled and canned acid juice drinks, electrolyte drinks, wine, condiments and other products sterilization cooling. The net belt used by this machine has a smooth surface and low friction coefficient, which can prevent the scratch of three pieces can and can. The net belt meets the product hygiene requirements and is approved by USDA.
Spray nozzles adopt special atomizing nozzles to spray uniformly on the package to prevent damage to the package container;
The machine realizes automatic bottle entry and bottle exit, and fully automates the production line. The body is made of SU304 material, which is beautiful, well-made, stable and easy to use.
